OpenReactions is a browser-based chemistry editor for drawing molecular structures, creating reactions, and visualizing electron movement. It brings drawing tools and automatic saving together in a simple workspace.

Drawing

Use the toolbar to place bonds, rings, reaction arrows, and stereochemistry. Hover over an atom and type to label it. Double-click an arrow to add reagents and conditions.

Saving & accounts

Edits save in this browser. Sign in to save drawings to your account and access them on other devices. The editor’s status shows whether changes are saved locally or to the cloud.

Exporting

Use Export in the editor to download a cropped PNG or copy the figure to your clipboard.
